Job Description

Job Description & Responsibilities.
The Ops Manager timber exercises complete responsible for developing and managing a business operation that increases sales, manufacturing, profitability, market share, customer and employee satisfaction by directing, Projects, coordinating and monitoring all sales, Budget, and operations.


Recognized as a major player in the Qatar Timber Industry, Supplying product into building and construction markets throughout Qatar, this business is at the forefront of innovation and renowned for producing a range of high grade, timber-based products for structural and decorative uses.

Reporting to the Company Management, your primary responsibilities will include managing and leading a highly skilled work force, paying special attention to production planning, safety, industrial relations, environmental and quality issues. Additionally, as a key member of the Leadership Team you will work closely with your peers to develop and implement key initiatives for the business in relation to strategic planning, continuous improvement and progressive management

Experience
Minimum 10 to 15 years' experience in large-scale Timber/Wood Manufacturing Company which minimum 5- 7 years in managerial position Plan, review, coordinate design, commissioning of Timber products.

In addition, you will have strong process improvement and change management exposure coupled with outstanding communication and leadership skills. Previous production management experience and relevant technical qualifications are essential; sawmill production experience considered an advantage.

Interior Design

Interior Fit out Contracting
Knowledge of principles and methods for presentation, promoting, and selling products or services (Must be aggressive & highly motivated/Result Oriented)
Should have strong Knowledge in Finance/Accounts, Costing, Budgeting, account allocation, Account Receivable/Payable, Profit & Loss.
Qualification
Engineer Mechanical
Certificates in Timber manufacturing, Merchandising, sawmilling, Processing etc (Preferred)
Communication
Fluency in English (Read/Write/Speak), Arabic would be preferable, together with high level negotiation and analytical skills are fundamental.

Computer Literacy is essential, particularly with M/S Word and Excel. Previous demonstrated knowledge and experience using M/S Project, and AutoCAD
