Job Description

The responsibilities of this job will include:

Ensuring that we meet our revenue and growth targets

Influencing and executing our Marketing strategy for our global:

Managing Website using online channels

Ensuring there is a steady growth in the submit rate [M: M] and usage of landing pages as well as other online tools to boost conversions.

Managing PPC and work experience in directing SEO strategy

Monitoring competition, pricing and client feedback and making necessary changes to our Marketing campaigns / websites

Developing easy-to-use, clear, concise, comprehensible content

Driving traffic to websites using a variety of methods

Establishing an effective presence on social media sites

Monitoring the company's online reputation

Crafting creative email campaigns

Soliciting customer feedback and optimizing campaigns accordingly

An ideal candidate is someone who has/is:

A minimum of 4 years of experience with online businesses

Entrepreneurial bent of mind, solid understanding of business

Strong understanding of Online Marketing

Inclination towards technology

Ability to multi-task and work independently

Self-confident, analytical, intelligent, and a strategic thinker

Driven by targets, with a hunger to achieve more

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with people across cultures
