Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience and at least 4 to 5Yrs in supporting customer on storage administration area.
Administration & implementation knowledge on EMC Storage and SRDF Replication/Mirror View.
Possess in-depth knowledge and experience using EMCVMAX, VNX, Celera, Replication technologies and Migration services of SAN infrastructure.
Good knowledge on multi pathing administration of UNIX, Linux (RHEL), Windows, HP OS.
Good working knowledge on storage virtualization.
Expert skills in Storage Performance fine tuning, Availability, Reporting and Capacity Management.
Able to handle and troubleshoot hardware issues on Storage Environment and co-ordinate with multiple team as a single point of contact.
Posses good working knowledge of storage analysis, testing, POC, system software, ability to provide root cause analysis to the customer
Should be EMC Storage certified Professional
