Experience with network switches.
Hands-on experience of various layer 2 transport protocols including SONET/SDH, ATM & Frame Relay and IP/MPLS.
Hands-on experience of various network test equipment vendors.
Track and document requirements for enterprise OSS, EMS/NMS Application & L2/L3 development projects and enhancements. Worked on T2/T3 Support SoW (Statement of Work) for customer requirements.
Analyze system elements, (software, monitoring, reporting functions and capabilities, integration architecture, and processes) with recommendations for appropriate changes according to pre-identified requirements.
Translate technical requirements into system, application, and process designs identifying functional requirements and lead the identification, justification and design of the Application interface solution.
Manage (at a work stream or small project level) a delivery plan, issues, risks, assumptions, dependencies associated with it. Produce regular status reports for project stakeholders.
Work as a standalone SME lead, and/or lead a team of analysts, junior consultants and clients as required, following a structured delivery methodology.
Defining best practices for project support and documentation.
Develop, implement & provide all kinds of support for application software for clients.
Co-ordination with cross functional team (Data, RF & switch) and provide support as and when required in achieving the designed and Set Benchmark KPI (ASR, TCH DROP, TCH BLOCKING, SD DROP, SD BLOCKING)
