The Information Technology department of JDA is seeking a Network Architect for day-to-day operations, support and maintenance of JDAs global Network and Voice Infrastructure.Ensures that these Network devices, circuits and services run as expected and any deviations from the acceptable availability and performance limits is handled quickly and professionally. Accountable for metrics like SLA compliance, Mean time to respond/resolve, Customer Satisfaction, Uptime of Network devices, Circuits and services.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Be part of the global Network team responsible for day-to-day operations of the Global Network, WAN, MPLS, Internet, LAN, Wireless, Network Monitoring tools, Syslog, WAAS, Firewalls, VPN, AAA, Load balancers, Web Control Systems, VoIP, Audio Conference and Datacenter network.
Recover from the incidents quickly and implement long term fixes to avoid recurrences of incidents.
Interacting with IT staff or vendors in performing complex testing, support and troubleshooting functions.
Responsible for asset management, change management, configuration management,
Documenting standards and operating procedures, up to date network and voice related documentation, Architecture Diagrams etc. And acting as technical resource to the IT staff and systems users.
To be able to assist in ensuring a 99.99% availability of all network and systems components including the appropriate, timely escalation and notifications to management and user communities.
