Identify new product for R & D pipeline - define feasibility, performance benchmarks.
Identify present product development / improvement projects
Coordinate with R&D team, sales & marketing Team and GUH for product development and prioritization of commercialization.
Make technical plan & technical budget and execute them as per timelines
Acquire general and technical information to build effective training and sales Technical programs/tools for Territory Sales reps/ STL, Customer Service, and Distributors.
Work in the field with Territory Sales in charge, provide product / specific training, and assist Territory Sales executive in scientific and technical domain to complete sales call to purchase thus achieving sales budget.
Develop and present: sales support tools, web site and training materials.
Manage technical & R&D budget , achieving the milestones in new product process and rolling out of final product
Responsible for roll out of new /augmented product /s successfully in full compliance of regulatory affairs , health , environment and proper training to both internal and external customers as per company guidelines
Integrating the company assets viz. Analytical services , feed testing etc and will be responsible for conversion of these activities in to business so as to achieve strategic financial objectives for the growth unit
Participation and representation of company in various scientific forums and shows.
