The job responsibilites includes;
- Leads and directs the Service organization using effective, customer centered metrics to achieve desired level of customer satisfaction to ensure customer loyalty, directly increase service revenue growth and support all sales efforts.
- Drives a culture throughout the Service organization of strict compliance to the company's in all facets of the Service Business.
- Develop the strategy and direct resources necessary to deliver superior on-site engineering and technical support to all customers
The ideal candidate will be an Engineer with relevant technical product expertise across a wide variety of diagnostics products and delivery platforms and most importantly someone who develops the strategy and direct resources necessary to deliver superior on-site engineering and technical support to all customers.
