Job Description

Reporting to : Director

Qualification : MBA

Experience : 15-20 years

Industry : Preferably from FMCG or Textile industry

Role:

* To take care of all India Distribution Channel Development such as Distributors, Dealers for new range of products
* Identifying, Appointing & networking with financially strong reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach
* Responsible for brand expansion and franchise development for the group across India.
* To review the operational performance of the distributors
* Strategizing & executing plans for promoting sales.
* Pan India Head for distribution and Dealer network for business development
* Annual Business Planning, Budget Control, Revenue generation
* Giving Strategic Direction To All India Branches for Sales & Operations Team to achieve Targets
* Development of Systems & Processes to Achieve Organizational Objectives.
* Plan & Execute Rolling Sales Plan Across India to achieve product wise targets
* People Leadership -Mentor with Monitor Style to Recruit, Train & Advance Highly Effective Multi Functional Team.
