Trade : Camphor & Allied products
Qualification & Experience: The Successful Applicant should be MBA from a Tier- I / Tier- II business school , with Min 10 + years in a reputed FMCG company , with National sales responsibilities
To set long term objectives , Business planning & key performance targets
Should have in-depth experience of traditional trade & broad sales experience (key account management, sales planning, trade marketing, channel management).
Being up to date with Emerging trends in market (in terms of products & preferences)
Responsible for Expand distribution by strengthening route to market, both direct & indirect
Developing a thorough understanding of the values, strategies & policies of the customer & anticipating future direction & needs in order.
Identify opportunities & development of Business plan
Strong operational experience & experience of leading projects from development to final delivery.
Appointing Channel Network including Modern Trade
Branding the products
Monitoring primary & secondary sales & stocks
Report to top management for business progression.
Keep a tab on pricing structures, gross margin & profitability.
