Roles& Responsibilities: (PAN India)
Responsible for company's Pan India Sales & Marketing operation for its product range of Ink.
Perform and coordinate day-to-day activities to meet departmental objectives. Carries our root / cause analysis in more complex problems.
To implement marketing strategies to build consumer preference and d riving volumes.
To evaluate marketing budgets periodically including manpower planning initiatives and ensuring adherence to planned expenses.
To effectuate pre-planned sales strategies for accomplishment of performance Milestones.
To utilize market information & personal network to develop marketing intelligence.
To evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
To conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market metrics.
Identifying and networking with financially strong business partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities.
Monitoring dealer sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishing revenue and collection targets.
Leading & motivating team members to ensure efficiency & target oriented high performance.
Foster a transparent, ethical and open culture that will enable team work and passion amongst employees.
Identify high performers and exploit their full potential, enable low performers to up skill themselves.
Involving self in case of customer dissatisfaction with the product or service. Going deep in resolving the issue.
Internal- with sub-ordinates to ensure that they push their limits to achieve the shared vision.
