  • Achievement of primary , secondary sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Management of promotional budgets and costs.
  • Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control.
  •  Shall be responsible for sales, business promotion and enhancing the market share of medical products.
  • Developing sales strategies to drive volumes through team work. Responsible for discipline and quality assurance of entire team.
  •  Expansion Plans.
  • Lead, train and motivate the team for there personal as well as Organizational growth.
  • Handle Sales Business Development of Pharma Products.
  • Ensure Achievement of budget, New product launches Retention/ Development of team of Managers, Area Sales Executive, Sales Managers, Distributors Key account executives/channel partners.
  • Achievement of Sales as well as Activity Targets

Science graduate with 20 years experience in Pharma sales pan India.
