Job description 
  1. Responsible for Pan India Sales 
  2. Responsible for sales personnel - target setting, driving the sales force towards target 
  3. Responsible for the profit and loss of the account 
  4.  Managing channel/distribution network 
  5.  New market Development 
  6.  Brand management/ marketing activities 
  7.  Strategy formation to drive sales
Desired candidate profile:
  1.  Should be currently on NSM or RSM (handling atleast 2-3 zone out of 4 zone in India) in an FMCG company 
  2.  Should have min 3 years of relevant experience (experience has RSM or NSM) out of the total experience in sales 
  3.  Should have exposure to General Trade/Retails Sales/ Channel Sales
