Will be responsible for Budgeted Sales and Collections PAN India.
To ensure that sales, collection objective of the company are achieved within the permissible limits and policies of the business.
To achieve the assigned Annual Primary Sales/Collection budgets keeping in control the no. of outstanding days i.e. within norms.
Achieve the all India Target for Sales & Collection
Achieve Sales of new Products and increase the market share of the company in the particular.
To control the return of goods and managing expiry of the material.
Give feedback to the HO about competitor activities and suggest the measures to meet the competition.
People Management, Recruitment of the team, Attrition control.
Development of the people for higher responsibilities & build the team
Training & Development of PAN India Field Force.
Ensure implementation of co. strategies in the field.
Ensuring the efforts of Field Force (Call Average, right frequency, Dr/Institutional coverage)
Tracking of core Customers & Institutions/Hospitals.
Identifying the new markets and developing as per the strategies of the company.
Maximizing ROI through the planned activities.
Candidates having experience in Cardio Vascular Segment or in pharma sales industry can only apply.
