Create specific sales and business plan to meet annual targets while managing the completes sales process
Identify and manage new business opportunities for the region
Lead, train and recruit a team of sales individuals for the division
Monitor region sales performance on an ongoing basis, initiating corrective actions, preparing reports, summaries, analysis and documentation on all aspects of region management.

c) On the job training of the team to improve productivity and make them future fit.
2. Strong implementation of the sales process
a) Ensure order collection of the stockist as per the Regulated Supply Schedule
b) All orders collected to be uploaded in time and communicated to all concerned
c) Developing the team in taking the orders in a scientific way
d) Ensuring strict implementation of all the processes of order taking and reporting
3. Maintaining strong Hygiene in Financial parameters
a) To maintain receivables under pre-defined parameters
b) To ensure there is no write off
c) Frequently monitor the credit worthiness of Distributors and take appropriate corrective action
d) Strict control on the expenses incurred by the team, to remain within the allocated budget
4. Develop rapport with key Distributors and members of Trade Association
a) Identify key Distributors in important markets and develop rapport with them
b) Develop rapport with key members of the State and All India Trade Association
c) With the increased rapport look out for additional avenues for generating business.
