Job Description


            • Ability to monitor incidents/ faults on ATM

            • Effective trouble shooting skills

            • Dispatch of incidents to field teams and strong follow ups and updates

            • Responsible for ATM Network Uptime

            • Liaison with internal and external stake holders

            • Daily reports making, analytics and problem finding

            • Identification and resolution of issues

            • Sustain maximum system availability for the customer

            • Periodic maintenance activities

            • Ensure positive customer satisfaction
