Job Description

To work as National Head - Deodorant Sales with this boutique start up company ( part of a Group of Companies ) at their head office in Mumbai. As National Head - Deodorant Sales, you will be responsible for pan India achievement of results. Major KRAs include setting up a network of distributors in both, traditional channels and modern trade. Setting up and managing a Team of RSMs, ASMs and TSOs for these channels. Meet sales targets for all the regions. You will be responsible for meeting collection schedules and monitoring credit limits.
Desired Profile You are a graduate in any discipline with an MBA / PGDM in Sales and Marketing from a reputed institute. You have been working for a minimum of 15 years and above in FMCG Sales and have grown over the years to an RSM or more senior role. You are now ready to take on the responsibilities on a pan India basis for a complete portfolio of products. This roles requires extensive travelling across India ( initially North and West ). Knowledge of any regional language will be an advantage ( not an essential ). Prior experience in sales of branded deodorants will be a definite advantage. You are based in Mumbai.
