Job Description

P&L responsibility for the Exhibitions business. Leading teams for every facet of the business. Manage daily operations with focus on Business Development.
Conceptualize, create and execute exhibitions with international standards including the research necessary to assist in a successful launch.
Drive revenue/profit targets by ensuring the sales managers have a clear understanding of their own targets and have the skills and ability to deliver results.
To maintain existing and develop new customer relationships. Establish and nurture strong alliances / partnerships / relationships with senior level functionaries among sponsors, exhibitors, media, venues, suppliers, etc.
Successful organization of the events from formulating business plans, implementing effective sales strategies, creating marketing campaigns to developing procedures for ground handling and operations.
To lead, manage and drive through the successful planning and execution of the entire lifecycle of each event/exhibition assigned to the role holder.
Graduate / Post Graduate with 14+ years of experience
Excellent communication and organization skills with demonstrated leadership qualities
Strong knowledge and experience of the Exhibitions industry with exposure to international exhibitions.
Additional Skills: Relationship management, problem solving, Inter-personal and Negotiation
