Job Description

Must to have:

2+ years or more of experience in Access Management implementation and At least 1+ years of experience in ADFS 2.0.
Experience with SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, IDP-SP framework
Good troubleshooting skills of Federations and IDP-SP Framework
Experience on Webservers like IIS7.0, Apache with SSL certificates configurations and DB terminology.
Exposure to global security standards e.g. PCI, SOX, HIPAA etc
Problem Management, Incident handling and liaison with product vendor; escalation to product vendor (Microsoft) and coordination as needed
Ability to troubleshoot Networking Issues(reverse/forward proxies, Load Balancer)
At least 2+ years of experience in Forefront Identity Manager implementation and maintenance
Good understanding of FIM architecture overview and its components
Experience in managing the inbound and outbound
Experience in configuring and managing the Management Agents.
Experience in managing the attribute flows, provisioning and projection rules. Experience in managing the FIM Service and the Portal.
Experience in creating and managing Sets, Management Policy Rules (MPRs) and Workflows.
Experience in SCSM reporting.
Exposure to SharePoint Foundation and basic administration.
Basic understanding of Active Directory and Database.
Exposure to Windows Powershell to manage FIM.
Ability to do basic network troubleshooting using the standard tools available. Exposure with Problem Management, Change Management, Incident handling and liaison with product vendor; escalation to product vendor (CA) and coordination as needed
Excellent people mentoring skills

Good to Have:

ITIL Certification
FIM 2010 Certification in Configuring and maintaining.
Well-verse with Incident and change management process
have experience in CNR domain or Diamond projects.
