a. To provide leadership and direction to all medical and non medical verticals in the hospital and
administrate to ensure the entire organization aligns with the set strategies and achieves
the set goals and vision.
b. To establish and maintain interdepartmental coordination to effect operational excellence, and
promote a positive work culture.
c. To govern the medical vertical to develop it into a centre of excellence with high patient
satisfaction, and recognition.
d. To set policies and strategies to optimize resources and gain cost leadership to offer economic
healthcare services to the patients.
e. To govern to maintain a positive culture in terms of human resource, dealing with patients, and
dealing with vendors and suppliers.
f. To govern to adopt and maintain a favourable work culture and motivational human resource
policies to maximise human resource.
g. To help the Board of Directors to expand and grow the organization in terms of revenue, market
developments, product developments, brand developments, and expansion projects.
