1. To develop and implement Sales Strategies for company & PL Beverage Brands. To target multifold growth with sustained profitability
2. To Lead, Manage & Motivate the sales team with clear targets - weekly, monthly, yearly - territory wise
3. Build and Sustain "Brand". To plan and implement promotional plan - ATL / BTL
4. To ensure product availability / movement across the regions planned
5. To manage the channel - CFA's / Distributors / Retailers and help to achieve their ROI
6. To recruit & manage effective Sales teams including ISR's
7. To assist Research & Development team with market information, customer preference etc.
