Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Market Research and Demand Forecasting:
-Undertake exercises to identify the market size and product potential
-Undertake market segmentation and forecast future growth
-Develop a distinguished Product positioning for your product that differentiates it in the market
-Develop campaigns and brand Guidelines for the launch of the product
-Handle launch communications and sustain 360 degree communication campaigns
-Manage the Cross- functional implementation of the plan
-Demonstrate a strategic selling approach by identifying key decision makers for various product areas, while successfully positioning and communicating a value proposition
-Plan and Execution of Marketing activities
-Identify key channels, messages and mode of communication for specific target segments
-Develop and execute effective annual marketing programs that build the brand in the long run and achieve targeted results as specified in the current year budget
-Plan sales activities to achieve sales targets in collaboration with the Sales Head
-Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
-MBA with 4~6 years of experience. Good pedigree of companies and educational institutes
-Preferably risen from sales to marketing.
-Candidate should be from Healthcare marketing background
-Candidates whose customer base include clinics and physician office will be given preference
-High Ownership and drive to achieve results
-Startup friendly high passion for scaling and driving adoption of a new product
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal team and external customers
-Must be able to work in a start-up environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
