a) Medical / Medico- Marketing support in pediatric nutrition
For marketing, sales, hospital teams for pediatric nutrition division.
Participates in medical affairs activities.
Responsible for the following for the respective division
Developing/approval of promotional materials involving not limited to:
o Consumer activities/ Web content
Product launch support to sales/marketing teams
Managing advisory boards for specialties relevant to the business
Delivering presentations at new product launches/national conferences/etc.
Key KOL management and physician organizations across India for product feedback, CME, new strategies for products and segment.
Responsible for medical information services (MIS).
Providing scientific support to regional medical teams on ongoing basis
Continuously update medical/ product knowledge of field force, training and marketing group in coordination with the training team.
b) Conceptualization and delivery of medical strategies for business support
c) Clinical Research
Knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory requirements governing clinical trials and experience in the design of protocols
Should know the details of study design, protocol development, and interpretation of data, adverse event reporting and medical report writing.
Must have an understanding of adverse event management for Clinical Development programs.
d) Promotional Material approval and compliance
To review and approve all affiliate medical / scientific aspects. To ensure all the medical and promotional activities.
e) Liaison as per requirement with global R & D
Be an active member of the project team for India proactively providing insights into the current and future products.
M. D. (Pharmacology/Medicine) with 5-8 yrs of medico marketing experience in pediatrics/ pharma/ nutrition therapy areas and clinical research experience in nutrition / pharmaceutical company handling infant Nutrition brands for India or as a part of overall therapeutic portfolio or as a support to India.
Added knowledge of working in Direct to Consumer communication desirable
