Job Description

Researching and analyzing market trends.

* Identifying target markets and how best to reach them.

* Coming up with marketing strategies.

* Planning campaigns and managing budgets.

* Launch new product ( New variance / packs as well as new segments as per schedule )

* Improve product positioning for the target segment to increase penetration as well as consumption of our brands in the target range segment.

* Designing social media strategies.

* Attending trade shows, conferences and sales meetings.

* Plan and implement ATL & Field marketing plan to drive business growth.

* Create Innovative programmes / offerings for end users to develop long-term brand loyalty.

* Market research for deeper insight into brand performance

* Managing a team of marketing executives and assistants.

* Implement product growth strategy to achieve intended sales volume market share and profitability.
