Main purpose of the role
* Product portfolio management and marketing initiatives for in the aftermarket channel and OES channel
* Online & in-store product activation.
* Product launches and related activation planning
* Coordination with product managers based at Asia Pacific
* Coordinating with local agencies for carrying out various BTL activations and brand building initiatives.
* The job holder needs to interact with NSM- OEM for coordinating marketing initiatives targeted for OES sales promotion
* The job holder needs to interact with APR Marketing team & product managers based out of Hong kong, for the necessary planning, budgeting, packaging approvals and MIS reporting/approvals.
* The job holder needs to interact with Regional sales team to understand the market requirements and plan the BTL/promotional initiatives.
* Coordination with the APR product team and India supply chain team to coordinate on various packaging related approvals and new launch plans .
* Managing the advertising and promotional budget
* Responsible for overall AM marketing, portfolio management, pricing, product launches
* Responsible for online & in-store marketing activation
* Providing marketing support to the sales team for achieving the All India sales targets for OEM
* Product price management in coordination with HO Sales team and Asia Pacific product managers
* Assisting the NSM Aftermarket & BG Head with data analysis and MIS
* Identify new opportunities for growth, new business development
* Coordination with the global marketing team for following the necessary brand guidelines and carrying out branding initiatives in India as per the same.
* Coordinating with APR marketing team and the India sales team to plan out the new product/brand launches
