Job Description

MARKETING MANAGER

Role Description:

- Responsible for increasing target consumer awareness of the brand in a competitive market

- Keeping track of and analysing performance of brands

- For designing and execution of communication & promotion strategies with focus on increasing brand awareness and building market share

- Be promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touch points

- Develop and execute a marketing and promotional calendar to drive traffic, profitable sales, and engage the target customer with the brand

- Ensure that best of class project management practices are employed to deliver all marketing communications within strategy, budget, and deadline

- Develop and direct measurable, product, promotional, and cause-related marketing programs that tie back to brand strategy and business goals

- Employ a variety of communications tools

- Facilitate integration of marketing, product development and other inputs as appropriate




Profile Required:

- MBA/ PGDM from leading institutions-6-8 years post qualification experience directing Brand Marketing and promotions using broad marketing mix

- Work experience in Consumer Product, Automotive, Media,Consumer Healthcare, Telecom, companies & well known brands
