Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity with a leading wellness company in Mumbai for the role of a Manager CRM & Business analytics.

Location: Mumbai

Job purpose:

To drive CRM and the Loyalty program and also use business analytics for decision-making on promotions, pricing, profitability and other such business activities

Primary responsibilities:

Drive key metrics like Retention, Frequency, Revenue and profitability
Drive communication plan for CRM and loyalty program
Embed usage of data analytics for decision-making on promotions, pricing, profitability, category analysis etc
Budget control

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

1. Loyalty revenue
2. Growing key metrics such as retention & frequency
3. Promotion design and controls, Profitability metrics

We are looking at candidates having experience in CRM, Loyalty, Retail and wellness.
