Qualification: MBA ( preference for tier 1 college )
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in brand building in the digital industry with exposure to B2C marketing & Product management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Head the entire online and digital marketing function Own brand Management
- Focus on customer segmentation and targeting
- Manage mobile and web marketing
- Strategize and implement blogger outreach programs
- Build and manage the online community by crafting and running effective online campaigns
- Ensure effective online reputation management
- Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans
- Develop brand platform and positioning
- Lead market research; develop in-depth understanding of Xiaomi customers
- Formulate, evaluate and negotiate strong marketing partnerships
- Work closely with the Product Development team.
