The incumbent would be responsible for the following:
Strategy & Planning:
o Develop annual marketing plan for Dermatology division in accordance with the Business and Company objectives. This would include strategic market planning, preparing and forecasting annualised budgeting in terms of people and business for the Dermatology business.
Control & Monitoring:
o Ensure appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet and exceed the marketing goals
Talent Management & Manpower planning:
o Involve directly or indirectly with the manpower planning and talent management for the business across all regions,
Require:- candidates who is /was working in this business (Dermatology) and has excellent track record. Also open for candidates from FMCG industry who has cosmetic /Dermatology products experience.
