Key Job Responsibilities:
* Formulation of marketing objectives for brands and translation into communication objectives.
* Insight generation to develop deep understanding of School and Higher Education category, Industry & Students, competition benchmarking, price sensitivity and potential white spaces using scientific research methods.
* Generate leads via ATL and BTL initiatives
* Brand Communication Strategy, Offline Marketing (Television, Print, Radio, BTL, Alliances) Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing, Launching / re-launching old and new programs.
* New product development to maximize capacity utilization.
* Marketing, Media Planning and Annual Operating Plan for brands
* Creative campaign management
* Brand Research Implementation
* External agency & vendor management for brand campaigns
* Managing all brand related material.
* Managing implementation of the campaigns
* Competition Analysis & Mapping
* Introducing new initiatives ( Social Marketing/ Mobile Marketing)
* Provide marketing support for all initiatives to students and parents, managing visibility and collateral.
* Team Management.
