Job Summary: This career opportunity is with Client's (DOMAIN) Strategic Business Unit dedicated to Products and Solutions. (DOMAIN) Products and Solutions group will develop compelling propositions for the (domain) industry under identified business themes based on a deep understanding of client needs in the business themes identified. These propositions will be leveraged to grow revenue in non linear fashion each theme. The candidate will be driving global marketing programs for the identified themes and ensure the themes ensure the themes create the thought leadership and differentiated positioning for Wipro in the marketplace.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Creation of the overall Strategic Marketing Plan and planning the Go To Market Initiatives for the identified business themes.

- Conceptualize and Execute Marketing programs across industry verticals within (DOMAIN) and across regions.

- Own the customer experience across the identified themes by leveraging the marketing channels (both internal and external)

- Conceptualize and execute customer engagement programs across the identified themes and drive the themes during major customer visits to Client

- Defining and contextualizing the value proposition with internal stakeholders (such as Domain partners, Account Managers, Pre-Sales & Delivery Leaders) to develop the messaging for the themes.

- Thought Leadership: Driving thought leadership activities through communities, research, content and theme based campaigns

- Deal Intervention: Enable marketing led deal intervention across all key deals for the account(or set of accounts) by effectively positioning the themes

- Program Management: Manage global programs from concept to operations involving various stakeholders

- Delivering the committed results in compliance with branding and communication guidelines, on time and on budget through use of the assigned agencies

Experience and skill set required:

- 12+ years of marketing experience in an IT product/services company

- Understanding of (domain) Industry Globally and its challenges and drivers

- Understanding of strategic marketing in context of IT services

- Ability to conceptualize and execute high impact integrated marketing campaigns leveraging multiple marketing channels

- Structured and process oriented

- Excellent presentation and documenting skills

- Strategic thinking with strong execution

- A team worker with good interpersonal skills
