The incumbent would be instrumental in spearheading the Respiratory business, and head a team size of 50+.
1.Strategy & Planning: Develop annual marketing plan for respiratory division in accordance with the Business and Company objectives. This would include strategic market planning, preparing and forecasting annualised budgeting in terms of people and business for the Respiratory business.
2.Control & Monitoring:
o Ensure appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet and exceed the marketing goals.
3.Talent Management & Manpower planning:
o Involve directly or indirectly with the manpower planning and talent management for the business across all regions, including, performance appraisals of team members, identifying & driving training and development opportunities across his team among others
