Marketing and brand management plays an important part in the growth of Company; it is one of the
main vehicles for expansion and growing an active customer base in our key markets. Leading a
focused team, this role will work across all offline ( PR, launches and events) and digital activities of
Company. You will develop and manage a brand growth strategy, which includes a detailed roadmap for
key territories. Marketing head is required to aim to maximise profits through developing sales
strategies that match customer requirements and promoting Organisation.
Develop and deliver the marketing plan that will meet business objectives
Develop and lead cross functional team of skilled marketing professionals across territories
Develop and manage a media growth strategy, which includes a detailed roadmap for key territories .
Execute and monitoring the same across all Media ( print, online, offline).
Work closely with Product and Business Development team and provide them with specific inputs that would help formulate future Product Marketing strategies
Understand customer profiles/ segments and develop ways to reach-out accordingly
Identify new market spaces and develop launch strategies for these territories. Come up
with regional strategies to penetrate into top cities of India
Be the one point contact with the PR Agency
Spend the budget to plan and demonstrate the return on investment for the budget and resources allocated
Analyse data vis-a-vis marketing initiatives on a routine basis with a view to increase conversion rates and Return On Investment.
Monitor performance and make monthly report and present it to the CEO of the company

Education, Skills and Experience:
7+ years of marketing experience. Experience in the entertainment or lifestyle genres is a plus
Understanding of metrics unit like cost of acquiring customer / cost of marketing would be critical
Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
Strong execution and customer-centric problem solving abilities
Strong marketing and public relations with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures
Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to business planning
