Roles & Responsibilities
1. Drive Market Leadership in Key categories (Beverages - Milk, Juice, etc)
Lead the development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of market intelligence covering the entire value chain in identified priority categories. Define market growth initiatives aligned with the cluster growth strategy.
Define future intelligence requirements for market and liaise with cluster business intelligence supporting research projects as needed.
Analyze and use research data with customers
2. Lead marketing inputs in the development of customer business plans
Support development of a join business plan with key customers in alignment with Market and Regional Growth Initiatives
Deliver marketing services for key customers drawing materials and methodologies from Regional/Central organisation
Identify new product requirements based on value chain needs in key categories. Champion these requirements with the Regional/Central Product organisation
3. Manage Promotional Investments
Align and execute the agreed promotional investments with category plans, account plans and/or environmental initiatives
Propose the annual marketing activities and budget for the market company
Drive execution of marketing activities for market company
Support the marketing activities execution within the M&PM function
Control marketing expenditures within the budgeted framework
Qualifications and attributes
With minimum 10 years of experience with a proven track record in Beverages Packaging industry (Liquid, Dairy, FMCG background)
Some with strong experience of B2C marketing
Proven leadership in developing and leading marketing team
Strong analytical, market intelligence, strategic and influencing skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong collaboration and Stake Holder Management Experience
