Job Description

To report into Global Marketing, and locally to the Global Campaign Support Manager within Global M&C Shared Services called MCOS.

* Person will help Global Marketing and Communications to define, implement and create roadmap for CRM and marketing Automation

* This position requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of CRM, Marketing Automation and translate into business reporting
* End - to - end Marketing module that enables planning, executing and tracking wide range of marketing activities across channels

* Ability to create personalized Custom Templates, Registration Forms, questionnaires, emails, invitations and Landing Pages (like personalized web pages/ Emails/ Calendars) in the system for each type of marketing activity 
* Track & trace and capture responses/ interactions from Prospects, Contacts, Clients and Accounts across all channels (physical, mobile, social, emails, click behavior, surveys) and ability to convert prospects to leads based on responses 
* Ability to tag/ assign leads generated through marketing activities automatically to sales teams based on predefined rules


* Flexibility to add leads/ opportunities coming directly from other sources (Account teams/ sales teams/ social media/ customer portals) and assign them to sales team based on predefined rules
* Ability to gather information on leads and autofill fields for leads from Contact database, 3rd party database, social media or ESN and update Contact database
* Enable collaboration through ESN between different teams (sales, marketing, delivery, legal, finance, risk, SMEs, COEs, Sales support, Partners, Alliance) across different stages/ processes
* Ability to create users groups/ requests for information in ESN directly from CRM linked to entities (opportunity/ Contact/ Account etc) and track responses (text/ documents) directly from the CRM entity page in the form of live feeds (single view)
* Ability to drive engagement on ESN by encouraging collaboration (can be through Gamification, upvotes, virtual ranks) and rate contributors based on their quality of input
* Ability to track social media information/ activities/ behavior of entities directly from the CRM and generate reports/ insights to aid in different stages of selling process and notify owners based on triggers (for e.g. if a Contact changes his job title on LinkedIn, the system should notify the Contact owner and update Contact database after approval)
* Social media listening and monitoring built into the system with real - time analytics support to perform analysis of Accounts/ Contacts/ User groups/ Competitors etc
* Drive social media campaigns directly from the system and capture prospect behaviour/ interactions/ social metrics to identify leads/ opportunities/ sentiments
* Deploy systems, tools and technologies, marketing automation, and market intelligence tools, that ensure team productivity and efficiency with full metric tracking and reporting capabilities
* Develop recommendations based on high end analytics to drive decision making across various spectrums of Campaign Management
* Ability to have a view on strategic/ tactical decisions on campaign planning, customer segmentation and revenue goals to be achieved
* Advise on campaign execution, account based marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing and demand creation programs in CRM
* Perform analytics on the campaigns to help demonstrate success with segmentation and targeting
* Work with Onshore Marketing Managers to define metrics; measure, track, analyze and regularly report on the effectiveness of overall campaign performance
* Experience generating actionable weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports containing key marketing performance indicators (KPIs)
* Define and implement new marketing automation methodologies that will maximize efficiency
* Effectively collaborate with colleagues and CRM/ Demand Generation Operations
* Develop and maintain long - term data strategy and work in tandem with stakeholders
* Maintain database integrity and synchronization of marketing systems
* Be aware of global plans and proactively suggest areas for regional alignment
* Proactively advise clients on improving their marketing processes by using best practices
* Support marketing processes (e.g. campaign management, marketing planning & budgeting) by analyzing specific need of country
