To develop and implement comprehensive and innovative sales and marketing activities to achieve divisional goals in a highly competitive business environment. Promoting sales of spare parts for Automobiles / Heavy Commercial Vehicles/Construction Equipment through sales counters, dealer network and institutional buyers by leading a team of sales professionals. Liaison with overseas Principals, pricing, promotional activities will form part of responsibilities.
Around 10 - 15 years relevant experience in spare parts sales & marketing, handling channel / after-market with a leading manufacturer / dealership in respective industry of which at least 5 years is in senior management. Good leadership, communication skills and customer orientation are essential.
