Job Description

Responsibilities / KRAs:

Lead Transport Team and in charge of Transport operations across all facilities in Bangalore.
Monitoring Logins, ensure smooth and timely arrivals of vehicles.
Identify route cause analysis for delayed cabs and initiate actions to rectify the same.
Handling Employee escalations on calls & E mails.
Interacting with the vendor supervisors on day to day issues and ensure all employee concerns are addressed
Manage Helpdesk activity - Manage response time and call in flow out flow for helpdesk.
Handling & timely reporting of incident & accidents to concerned stake holders.
Generate functional reports like DSR, Vendor evaluation matrix, Monthly Adhoc report, Call Log analysis, Issue Tracker & Late Night Calling report.
Conduct regular meeting with process and get employee feedback.
Monitor Compliance on daily checklists, penalties, tab on vehicle vintage & cleanliness of vehicles
Regular meeting with Business units.
Induction of vehicles by using the prescribed formats
Issuing vehicle enrollment numbers
Maintaining all legal vehicle documents (RC, FC, Insurance, Tax, Emission, ESI, PF and other statutory documents
Regular checks on drunk drivers and provide breath analyzer reports.
Maintains Driver induction and records
Issuing/tracking drive ID cards
Daily Compliance checklist check 10 % of over all fleet in a day and share the lapses with vendors via E mail
Update the penalty for the compliance lapses, Rash driving, Drink and Drive, Misbehavior with employees
Ensure clean and compliant cabs.
Generate Breath analyzer test report, Daily vehicle check list, Drivers and Vehicle Master Data Base, Vehicle Induction and Termination report.
Compile all required reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Remain as a back in all other Transport and Facilities related activities
Prepare routing chart based on PRO - TMS/Manual input data
Sending reminder mails to all the Process SPOC/Team Leads on sending rosters before cut off time.
Ensure timely updations on all mails/requests regarding schedule/route changes.
Allocation of escort guards where lady employee is the 1st pick up and last drop.

Qualifications / Skills :

Graduates with experience in transport management for multi-facility operations
Proficient with MS office with excellent knowledge in MS Excel
Knowledge of working on any billing software
Good understanding of the route maps and the excellent routing skills
