Job Description

Role:

Identifying training and development needs within organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers

Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual employees

Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and post discussions with line managers

Evaluating training and development programmes and develop, implement, and monitor training programs

Create brochures and training materials

Develop multimedia, visual aids and presentations

Create testing and evaluation processes

Prepare and implement training budget

Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly

Conduct continuing education training

Provide leadership development education

Build solid cross-functional relationships

Candidate Profile

Excellent Communication in English & Kannada is Mandate

Should be from Insurance Telesales background

Passion towards training

Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills
Time management skills
Analytical skills
Problem solving skills
Self-motivated and a self-starter

Good understanding of the Telecom Domain
