Job Description

Responsible for Training delivery , learning and Development , Training solutions for: 2000 BPO employees across three locations.
Responsible for soft skills, voice and accent as well as Process training
Training related MIS, including, Calendar, trackers with effectiveness and efficiency, Training Budget, Cost benefit analysis
Must be willing to work in shifts or late hours as per the training and agent requirement
Any graduate with 10+ yrs exp in training atleast recent 5 yrs in any international BPO of similar size and line of business
Prior ex of imparting training on V&A, soft skill as well process is preferred
Preference will be given to candidates who are based in Chennai or outstations candidates who are trying for a job in their home town in Tamil Naidu
Female Candidates Preferred for this role
