Job Description

i) Handling of inward/outward remittances - exports/import/non trade related transactions through banks,
conversion of FC into INR - utilization of forward contractor ready reporting basis, planning for distribution
of export/import business among banks. Workable knowledge in fx operations in India.
ii) Preparation of daily cash flows and deployment of surplus funds towards loan repayment/investment in
liquid funds.
iii) Availment of overdraft and export finance facilities from consortium banks for meeting of various expenses
covering raw material payments, salary/wages, taxes/duties and other overheads.
iv) Timely submission of export/import orders to banks in respect of foreign exchange contracts booked.
v) Discuss with bank officials on related issues like dispute resolving, av-ailment of loans, bank advices, RTGS funds transfer etc
vi) Timely submission of stock statement/QIS/Book debts statement to banks.
vii) Good knowledge in preparation of CMA data, consortium banking, related RBI guidelines, etc
He should aware of RBI guidelines pertaining to trade finance relatd activities, buyer's /suppliers credit.
viii) Good command in drafting/doing independent correspondence with banks and for other commercial requirements.
ix) Candidates should have Good working knowledge of computers (Excel spread sheet, word etc) - particularly in making presentations etc.
x) If from banking industry, the candidate preferably in the rank of Chief Manager for PSU banks or equivalent position.
xi) Experience in dealing with organization like RBI, ECGC etc will be preferable.
