Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure adequacy of controls in the process to prevent any risk events in your team.

Be responsible for KPI/KRIs of the function Have front-to-back understanding and end-to-end ownership for your process and the interlinked functions

Ensure that you are recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in your functional area.

Be responsible for managing the performance of your team by setting clear objectives and conducting periodic reviews with timely and appropriate feedback.

Be responsible for execution of critical projects in your area Ensure compliance to all activities associated with BCP

Qualification, Experience & Skills:
Any Graduate with 8 to 10 years of experience in Stock Billing & Brokerage be independent and self-starter.

Should be able to manage team of 12.

Should be good in communication.

Able to identify issues and gaps in process.

Good accounting knowledge & Reconciliation experience will be added advantage.

Able to understand Risk and its related exposure.
