Handling the appellate matters of Clients, including drafting of replies to Show Cause Notices, drafting of appeals, attending personal hearing, representing the client before the quasi-judicial authorities.
Rendering business advisory services to the clients under the various Indirect Taxation Laws in India
Carrying out comprehensive indirect tax reviews for the clients.
Providing Compliance Services to ensure adherence to provisions of the various Indirect Taxation Laws & other audit issues.
Extensive Research on various critical litigative issues under Indirect Taxation Laws.
Providing Support Services to clients for obtaining registrations under Indirect tax laws.
Preparation and filing of SEZ returns.
Preparation, filing and processing of refund in relation to Additional duties of Customs with the Customs Department.
Preparation, filing and processing of refund in relation to unutilized Cenvat Credit under Rule 5 of Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004.
Contribute to the Indirect Tax Alerts for Internal circulations and to be circulated to the clients of the firm.
Updating clients via e-mail on various legislative developments.
ADC and service tax refund claims, Service tax returns, due diligence reports
Setting up of the formal schedules with the clients.
Understanding the customer's needs & responding directly to their Indirect Tax queries via e-mail on ongoing basis under the supervision of a Director
Monitoring and Allocation of the right resources for every project
Should be looked upon and be Iconic to the subordinates, which may bring excitement in working with the individual.
