Work closely with the Business Team and understand the hiring needs across geography and come up with fulfillment Strategy taking into consideration time, cost and quality.
Should have experience in handling End to End IT Services Recruitment, preferably IT Infrastructure Services.
Should be able to lead discussions and be the point of contact to internal stakeholders and business teams.
Drive SLAs within the team and ability to generate reports to track team performance at all times
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings
Groom and nurture talent within teams and build a pipeline of future recruitment managers
Qualification & Experience:
Full- time MBA/BE
8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Should possess excellent communication skills- both written and verbal.
Should be well versed with MS office- excel, power point etc.
