Proposal generation and accurate estimation of effort.

Data Generation: Generate data bank through primary and secondary means. Identification, analysis & Study of relevant industries & sectors through research in terms of business potential and interest on a Global Scale.

Keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share

Experience in Sales.

Should be well connected and networked in the HRO Industry.

Should have good interpersonal & good communication skills.
