Job Description


Work with sales management and marketing personnel to develop and implement new sales programs, products, and services.
Own the bid management process and build winning solutions.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
Work with onsite sales teams to manage & own/lead responses to customer requests for information, proposals etc.
Provide presentations; conduct research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities.
Identify new opportunities & cross-sell in existing customers.
Manage the customer engagement cycle from lead to operations.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
