We are looking for candidates who can help the major/key/enterprise clients of shine.com in providing recruitment solutions using internet/digital recruitment channels.
- Engage with key clients and building long term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Discuss business and project shortcomings related to recruitment with clients and provide them with recommendations
- Develop, deploy & manage shine.com recruitment solutions across enterprise accounts
- Maintain open communication with all project members & stakeholders to ensure conformance with requirements of each project(s) and client user expectations
- Take strategic decisions for process improvement
Functional Skills :
- Cross-functional industry experience in Client and Account Management with domain expertise in recruitment solutions.
- Develop key accounts with impetus on streamlining of recruitment processes by suggesting best possible recruitment channel and drive the same
- Enjoy working within growth-poised organizations while effectively contributing towards holistic gains to all stakeholders
- Should be well versed with online/digital recruitment channels
- Should have the complete understanding of the recruitment industry trends
- Customer Relationship Management
- Analytical skills for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics
Experience: 7+ years of providing recruitment solutions to corporate/enterprise account
Education MBA (HR)
