Job Description

Responsible for achieving sales targets by handling a team of ABM's, TM's and AS.

Establishing Growth in New products Ranges & new geographies of Western Region & Position based out at Mumbai .
Led West Region with market analysis, strategy development, initiative deployment and fiscal goals setting for my team.

Responsible for driving strategies with respect to products promotions, strategy implementation, field Operations etc.

Generate profitable growth by driving customer engagement, Strategy implementation & maintaining Sales Process Rigors.

Provide direction on engagement activities as well as leverage the key account relationship to drive outcomes.

Guiding, motivating, coaching and training to the field sales team, ensuring optimum performance.

Should be having good exposure/experience in Institutional and Government sales.
