Work as a process owner for:
Making changes in organization structure, designing new organization structure, rightsizing existing organization with an objective to improve employee productivity and reduce wage cost.
Formulating Incentive Bonus Schemes and their administration to improve employee morale
Accountable for maintaining parity in designation, grade/ level, span of control
Examine Union grievances wrt grade, number and IB to maintain Industrial Relations
Participate in the Union negotiation meetings on manpower and IB revision proposal to ensure parity in extending benefits
Participate in improving existing work practices
Help in formulating guidelines related to organization design, incentive bonus schemes, outsourcing philosophy, etc.
Study process improvement / cost optimisation / Layout & Logistics areas using various IE tools to eliminate waste and improve productivity of man-machine system
