Job Description


Was responsible for planning, controlling, coordinating and monitoring of above product, manufacturing activities. Milk / Paneer/ ghee, butter, dahi, probiotic dahi, lassi, sterilized milk, Paneer, liquid milk etc
Promoted quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
Handled shift production & packaging activities of 30T powder and other milk products like ghee, butter, dahi, probiotic dahi, lassi, sterilized milk, Paneer, liquid milk etc. - total handling capacity 5llpd.
Liaised with contract manufacturer for smooth process operations and IR (industrial relation) issues.
Manufactured all the products as per target received from corporate production services.
Compliance responsibility of internal quality audit observation in manufacturing function.
Prepared COP/SOP for manufacturing function and cascaded it down its line to shop floor for uniform operation.
Routine identification of GMP improvement points and its follow up action.
Handled documentation & implementation of ISO-9002 along with IS-15000(HACCP), ISO-22000:2005 food safety management system (Interactive communication, System management, Prerequisite programmes, and HACCP principles).
Adept at SAP (Systems, Application and Products in Data Processing) End user, in leading ERP software package-(ECC-6.0-Enterprise Core component) in functions (Raw, In Process & End Product).
All chemical and microbiological testing at floor level.

Liaising among different departments and working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
Supervising and motivating team of workers, reviewing performance of subordinates and identifying training needs.


Quality control with respect to the composition of dairy product and microbiological analysis.
Increasing the number of potential loyalty customers.

Training for Assessor and accesses for Food Safety Audit in CII(Bengal Chamber of Commerce),Kolkata in june 2012 and selected by CII for the member of Assessor in Food Safety Audit with Coca Cola Bangalore.
Food safety audit for street food vendor done at Kathihar,Bihar,in August,2013, on invitation from CII for National food safety mission.
