Review and prepare monthly Reports, Root Cause Analysis.
Ensure functioning of the Quality Assurance as per Process/Quality SOP.
Motivate team members and control attrition .
Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards.
Collect and provide data required for various audits like ISO/COPC etc.

Desired Profile

Preferring minimum 8-14 years of relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge in Quality function, process and Tools.
Strong Analytical and Conflict resolution skills are required.
People management skills is preferred.
Trained till COPC 2.4 is a preference.
Green belt certified is mandatory. Black Belt preferred.
Should be comfortable to work in 4 PM- 1 AM Shift.
