Job Description

Monitoring trends in economic & key factors affecting MDT/HDT Industry.

Consumer segment & preference study and tracking factors that influence change in customer preferences.

Competitor analysis, benchmarking competition products & their value offerings.

Understand the market and customer requirement in MDT/HDT industry and convert the requirement in to saleable right product specification.

Identify on product and off product value that will help sell. Innovative ways to bundle them for increasing sales penetration and set industry standards

Clearly defining the customer requirement on product in terms of performance and evaluating the product against the target performance.

Developing sales pitch for all new products including sales aids, modules and roll out plan.

Continuous monitoring of the pilot lot vehicles.

Desired Profile:

Candidate should have relevant exposure in mentioned areas in Truck Division.
